Date of auction of commercial plots in E-Block of Phase-II which was to be held on 14.10.2023 has now been extended due to unavoidable reasons. Auction will now be held on 23.12.2023 at 11:00A.M in Phase-II. Interested peoples can get themselves registered upto 21.12.2023. LAST DATE FOR PAYMENT OF DEVELOPMENT CHARGES WITH FINE OF 10% EXTENDED UPTO 02.05.2023. MC has taken charge and work has begun on war footing. From coming week, Members who have submitted Share money by 30 June 2022 can collect Share Certificate in-person from Society office, by showing CNIC and proof of membership. New MC had promised this in their election campaign, and have started fulfilling these commitments within the first week of taking charge. May Allah bless you all.

Nfcechs Introduction

NFC-ECHS Lahore was registered on 15.07.1980 under the Cooperative Societies Act, 1925 of Pakistan . The Society started work in right earnest in 1984 and purchased 2565 kanal of land near Satto Katla Village . It is surrounded by Wapda Town , Valencia Housing Society, Engineering University Housing Society and Punjab Govt. Employees Cooperative Housing Society.

The Society was sponsored by NFC Employees who became founding members by subscribing to its share capital and has voting right. Since enough purchasers were not available from within NFC, in order to make up shortfall of funds outsiders were allowed to become nominal members without subscribing to share capital and without right of vote.
